How To Avoid A Massive Pile Up At Your Event
Here’s something that often gets overlooked when planning an event. Coordination of all vendors loading in! Many times there is just one loading area to bring everything in through. If your band, staging, lighting, sound, decorators, caterers and everyone else arrives simultaneously you can have a massive traffic jam on your hands that can result in frustration and wasted time for everyone. The easiest solution is to coordinate set up times with your vendors and/or put them in touch with each other. A group email works well for this. Sometimes it’s advisable to work with fewer vendors that can provide more services for you. This can result in better pricing and a more coordinated effort. For instance I can help you with all your entertainment needs as well as all aspects of production (sound, staging, lighting, video and much more) no matter how big or small your event might be. Hope these tips will help things run smoothly for you!

Throughout my career I’ve had the great opportunity to work with comedians. Comedy, like jazz, requires one to be quick witted and connect with your audience in a number of ways. I recently had the opportunity to work with former Tonight Show host and comedian extraordinaire Jay Leno. It was exciting to watch him work….
